By placing an order with Hema Equipments, you agree to the following terms:

1. B2B Eligibility

Our products are sold exclusively to registered businesses and resellers.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in INR and exclude taxes and shipping. Advance payment may be required. We accept bank transfers and UPI.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and quantity. Risk transfers upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Cancellations

No returns accepted unless items are damaged or defective. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranty

Products come with applicable manufacturer warranties. Claims must follow the warranty terms.

6. Legal

All content is owned by Hema Equipments. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
